Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at APC Towers, he leads national growth initiatives focused on tower development, carrier partnerships, fiber strategy, utility collaboration, and emerging connectivity solutions.
Prior to APC Towers, Scott spent 25+ years on the carrier side of the business, advancing from RF Engineer to senior leadership roles in strategic planning, real estate, emerging technology, Small Cell deployment, and 5G program management. Throughout his career, he has successfully bridged technical expertise and executive strategy, leading initiatives spanning LTE, 5G, DAS, Small Cell, fiber infrastructure, and public-private partnerships.
