Here are the Key Steps to Follow
1. Register for the event. Ensure you have completed the registration process to gain access to the mobile app.
2. Download the app. To download the app, access via Google Play Store or App Store on the device you’re bringing to the event. Alternatively, you can search for ‘Connect (X) 2026’. Once you’ve found the app, download it.
3. Login with your Event App Pin. Once the app is installed, refer to the email from Events@WIA.org inviting you to download the app and login using your email address and app pin as password. An app pin is needed to log into the Connect (X) mobile app. Once successfully logged in, reset your password to create a custom password.
Please note that emails may fall into your spam or quarantine inboxes. If you haven’t found your pin, please email Events@WIA.org.
4. Update Your Profile Picture and Account Settings. Tap the “My Profile Picture” icon on the home screen to add a profile picture. Select the hamburger icon in the top right corner to update your Privacy and Settings to include the details you would like shown to other attendees.
