A Curated Matchmaking Program Inside Connect (X)

Procurement Connect streamlines how the digital-infrastructure ecosystem does business. It connects procurement leaders with innovative suppliers offering solutions across every layer of connectivity — from network hardware and software to engineering, power, and professional services.

By cutting through the noise of traditional trade-show networking, it delivers meaningful conversations, qualified introductions, and measurable outcomes that advance real projects and purchasing decisions.

Join Procurement Connect in Four Easy Steps

Step 01

Apply

Buyers share sourcing priorities and upcoming project areas; suppliers submit capability and category details.

Step 02

Vetting

The program team confirms buy-side authority and vets every supplier for relevance, capability, and readiness.

Step 03

Matching

Introductions are matched to stated priorities and scheduled before the show, so nobody arrives hoping to bump into someone.

Step 04

Meet in Phoenix

Face-to-face conversations onsite, plus a networking reception to open the program and keep the momentum going.

For Buy-Side Leaders

Discover Trusted Partners. Save Valuable Time. Advance Your Goals.

A streamlined vendor-discovery experience — whether you’re sourcing network equipment, AI-driven site-management tools, renewable power, construction partners, or professional services.

You'll Benefit From

A Pre-Vetted Shortlist

Access a curated set of suppliers screened for relevance to your category — no cold booth crawling to find out who does what.

Coverage Across Every Layer

Network equipment, AI-driven site-management tools, renewable power, construction partners, and professional-services support in one place.

Progress on Real Projects

Conversations tied to live RFP cycles and near-term deployments, so introductions translate into purchasing decisions.

Direct access to decision-makers actively sourcing for upcoming projects and RFP cycles — a rare chance to shorten the sales cycle face to face.

Included with select sponsorship and exhibit packages — see the packages.

Participate as a Supplier

You'll Receive

Introductions to Active Buyers

Qualified meetings with procurement leaders sourcing for upcoming projects and RFP cycles — not passers-by collecting swag.

Scheduled Meeting Slots

Confirmed times on the calendar before you travel, so your team knows exactly who they are seeing and when.

Elevated Visibility

Recognition in the program alongside the buy-side organizations participating, in front of an audience that is 67% director level and above.

A Shorter Sales Cycle

Face-to-face conversations that compress months of relationship building into three days on the floor.

Onsite in Phoenix

Three Days, Built Around the Meeting

A Dedicated Meeting Area

Meetings take place in a controlled space on the show floor, away from aisle traffic.

Opening Address

The Procurement Connect networking event opens with an address from the program sponsor.

Scheduled Around the Program

Meeting blocks are set so they never collide with the keynote or the sessions your team came for.

Follow-Up Built In

Contact details and next steps are exchanged onsite, with the program team available to help close the loop.

Questions Before You Apply

Who Qualifies as a Buy-Side Participant?

Procurement, sourcing, supply-chain, and network leaders with purchasing authority or direct influence at carriers, tower companies, utilities, data centers, municipalities, and enterprises.

Is There a Cost to Participate as a Buyer?

Buy-side participation is by invitation and application. Confirm current terms with the program team — availability is limited each year.

How Do Suppliers Get In?

Procurement Connect participation is offered through select Connect (X) sponsorship and exhibit packages. Suppliers are vetted for category relevance before they are matched.

How Are Meetings Matched?

The program team matches introductions against the sourcing priorities buyers submit at application, then schedules the meetings before the event.

What if My Priorities Change Before the Show?

Tell the program team. Matching is revisited up to the schedule lock ahead of the event so meetings stay relevant.
