
Senior Director, Engineering and Operations
Evelyn Clough is a seasoned Network Engineering & Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience in driving innovation and operational excellence at leading Fortune 100 technology companies. She is currently a Sr Director for Engineering & Operations at SBA, building on her extensive background in network engineering, operations, construction, and customer experience. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Network Business Transformation at Ericsson.
A strong advocate for gender diversity, Evelyn is deeply passionate about increasing the representation of women in technology and executive leadership. She co-founded Asian Connections at Ericsson, the company’s largest and fastest-growing employee resource group, and has served as a keynote speaker and panelist at global forums, including the Women in Wireless Leadership Forum in Washington, DC, the Richmond Women Leaders’ Summit, and Ascend’s Pan-Asian Leadership Conference. Her work in DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) has earned her recognition as a leader in advancing women in tech.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Evelyn is committed to mentorship and community involvement. She has mentored MBA candidates at the University of Texas at Dallas and serves on the Board of Directors for NAMIC in the Washington, DC region. She also volunteers with Boca Raton Helping Hands and actively promotes inclusion as a Women in Tech Ambassador.
Evelyn holds a B.S. in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the University of the East and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. A certified professional engineer, she is also an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and NAMIC.
Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys spending time, in the golf course, with her husband, Dwight, and their two daughters, Katherine Ashley (an Aerospace engineer) and Lyndsie Mychele (Junior, majoring in Biology, at the University of Vermont).
Though she earned the title of Mrs. Tourism World 2023, Evelyn’s true passion lies in empowering underrepresented voices in STEM and shaping the future of global network technology.
