Director of Structural Engineering
Esha Modi is the Director of Structural Engineering for American Tower. She has been with American Tower for 18 years and in her current role, she leads a team responsible for evaluating and generating engineering deliverables for tower structures, mounts, foundational analyses, and modifications for tenant configurations, ensuring high industry standards compliance. With a focus on strategic planning and process optimization, she has successfully implemented innovative strategies to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Ms. Modi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Nirma University, India, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 15 states. Esha is also an active member of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) Engineering Committee TR-14, responsible for the ANSI/TIA-222 standards, and has led the ANSI/TIA-222-I group on Existing Structure and Inspections.
