Vice President Regulatory Compliance/Associate General Counsel
Ed Roach serves as Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Associate General Counsel at SBA Communications Corporation. In this capacity, he leads a team responsible for overseeing compliance in numerous areas, including the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, National Environmental Policy Act, state historic preservation, tribal historic preservation, and business licensing. He collaborates extensively with industry peers and represents SBA within the Wireless Infrastructure Association.
With over three decades of tenure at SBA, Roach has contributed significantly to both the initial deployment and ongoing development of wireless infrastructure. He has played a key role in shaping regulatory frameworks internationally that support collocation and the efficient advancement of wireless infrastructure.
