Director, Planning & Zoning
Ashley Masuda serves as the Zoning Director for SBA Communications Corporation, bringing more than 13 years of experience in national zoning compliance, land use oversight, and regulatory strategy within the telecommunications industry. She began her career with SBA and has steadily advanced through the organization, ultimately earning her current role where she guides a team that supports SBA’s nationwide infrastructure portfolio. Her academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Ashley is also an active member of the American Planning Association (APA) and the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF). She supports the organization’s mission by serving on the Education Committee, helping to develop programming that empowers and uplifts women across the wireless industry.
