With environmental review reform adopted, the Upper C-band auction on the calendar and BEAD entering delivery, federal policy is moving quickly. This session brings together FCC advisors and senior congressional staff to discuss what comes next on siting and permitting, spectrum, Universal Service and network funding, and the policy questions raised by AI, satellite and edge infrastructure.
