As compute and AI move to towers, cabinets and buildings, the attack surface and the cost of an outage move with them. This session looks at how owners and operators secure and harden distributed sites: physical and cyber security at unstaffed locations, supply chain and equipment trust, identity and access for the people and systems that touch a site, and resilience to extreme weather, power loss and fiber cuts. Panelists will discuss shared responsibility between tower owners, carriers and edge tenants, how security requirements show up in contracts and insurance, and what regulators and customers now expect. Attendees will leave with a practical checklist for assessing the security and resilience of a distributed site before it carries critical workloads.
