Schools, colleges and universities rely on connectivity for teaching, research, safety and campus life. This session presents case studies from K-12 and higher education deployments, exploring how institutions design and fund in-building and campus-wide wireless networks. Speakers will discuss challenges including older buildings, limited budgets, large and mobile user populations and public safety requirements, as well as funding sources such as E-Rate and grants. The panel will also look at partnerships with carriers and neutral-host providers. Attendees will learn how education institutions are delivering reliable connectivity and which lessons apply to other campus environments.
