AI infrastructure is not only a U.S. story. Operators, tower companies, infrastructure developers and governments in other regions are deploying edge and AI compute, often under very different conditions of power, fiber, regulation and demand. This session compares how edge and AI infrastructure is being built in international markets, who is funding and operating it, and how local factors such as grid reliability, data sovereignty rules, spectrum and available sites shape where compute goes. Panelists will discuss which locations and business models are working, how towers, central offices and fiber assets are being used for distributed compute, and what partnerships are forming between telecom operators, tower companies and cloud and AI providers. Attendees will gain a view of where international edge and AI deployment is moving fastest and what U.S. players can learn from it or partner on.
