The dress code is business or business casual. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for comfort.

Presentation materials will be available for download after the event. Instructions will be provided in post-show communications.
How can I find my way around the event?
The Floor Plan section of the app includes a detailed map of the convention center, exhibit hall, and offsite events. You can also ask a staff member for assistance.
Will there be food and beverages available at the conference?
Yes, coffee will be available throughout the event, as well as concession carts. Please see the agenda for the full list of available food and beverage options.

Is there parking at the Broward County Convention Center?
Yes, there is onsite parking at the Broward County Convention Center. There is a parking garage right next to Connect (X) for $15 a day.
Please note that space is limited but there are overflow garages ranging from $6-$24 in walking distance.
Where can I find the Networking Lounges?
Relax and connect with fellow attendees in Ericsson’s Networking Lounge, located on the exhibit hall floor at space 529 or Ontivity’s Networking Lounge on the exhibit hall floor at space 149. This comfortable space offers a quiet spot to network, take a break, recharge, or catch up on messages away from the hustle of the exhibit hall. Open during exhibit hall hours.

Is there a Mother's Room?
Yes, a private Momma Room is available on Level 1 between Lobbies A and B, in the Sunflower Room, providing a quiet and comfortable space for nursing mothers.
Are there any continuing education credits offered for attending this event?
Yes, you can earn up to seven BICSI continuing education credits by attending this event. Please email Events@WIA.org upon conclusion of this event for a certificate.
Can I bring a guest to the conference?
Guests are not permitted at Connect (X) 2026, except for those who have registered and paid for the conference.
