The dress code is business or business casual. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for comfort. 

The Floor Plan section of the app includes a detailed map of the convention center, exhibit hall, and offsite events. You can also ask a staff member for assistance.

Yes, coffee will be available throughout the event, as well as concession carts. Please see the agenda for the full list of available food and beverage options.

Yes, there is onsite parking at the McCormick Convention Center. Lot A is the closest parking lot to Connect (X). Please view the rates below.

Parking Rates:

Lot A: The parking rate for Lot A is $27 for up to 16 hours and $40 from 16 to 24 hours.

• The prepaid parking fee is $40 per day. Prepaid parking spaces are guaranteed even if lots fill to capacity.
• There are no in-and-out privileges in Lot A unless parking is purchased online in advance.
• Lost tickets will pay the $40 (overnight) fee per day.

Lot B: The parking rate for Lot B is a flat fee of $18 per day.

• There are no in-and-out privileges in Lot B.

Lot C: The parking rate for Lot C is $27 for up to 16 hours and $40 from 16 to 24 hours.

Relax and connect with fellow attendees in AT&T’s Networking Lounge, located on the exhibit hall floor at space 801. This comfortable space offers a quiet spot to network, take a break, recharge, or catch up on messages away from the hustle of the exhibit hall. Open during exhibit hall hours.

Yes, a private Momma Pod is available on Level 1 near Gate 40, providing a quiet and comfortable space for nursing mothers.

Yes, you can earn up to seven BICSI continuing education credits by attending this event. Please email Events@WIA.org upon conclusion of this event for a certificate.
