CEO
Nathan Foster is the Founder and CEO of Atlas Tower Group and a respected leader in the global telecom infrastructure sector. With over 30 years of experience in wireless infrastructure development, he has built a career defined by entrepreneurship, disciplined execution, and a long-term vision for connectivity in both developed and emerging markets.
Over the past 19 years as an entrepreneur, Nathan has developed scalable, high-value tower platforms across the United States and Africa. He has founded, capitalized, and operated 13 tower companies in five countries, beginning in 2007. His expansion into Africa includes launching Atlas Tower South Africa in 2014, followed by operations in Namibia and Botswana in 2017, and Kenya in 2018.
Throughout his career, Nathan and his wife have successfully exited eight tower businesses and are credited with building and owning more than 1,800 towers across two continents. Under his leadership, Atlas Tower Group has remained one of the few independent tower companies globally—operating without private equity ownership and maintaining a long-term, operator-led approach.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Nathan is an avid adventurer, triathlete, and olive farmer. He is also a dedicated philanthropist and a committed father who values exploration, continuous learning, and making a meaningful impact in the communities he serves.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and an MBA from Regis University.
