Telecom (Colocation) Manager

Keith is responsible for overseeing the management of the colocation program for lighting, transmission, telecom towers and land lease for 3rd party build-to-suit. He is also responsible for all subsequent telecommunications product and services. Keith manages the entire process from application to installation, including billing and working through several internal and external partner groups. He has served in this position for the past 6 years. Prior to rejoining Georgia Power Keith served as the Southeast Utility Director at Mobilitie LLC. In this role he served as the utility liaison with utility companies within the Southeast region of the US. He also supported and coordinated the deployment of small cell attachments and installations. Throughout his career Keith has worked in multiple industries in the field of project management. This includes but not limited to: Transmission Utility, Water/Wastewater, Energy Services, Chem/Petrochem, Municipal Government and Environmental.
Keith is a dedicated advocate for equity and inclusion, actively involved in various community initiatives. He has served on the board of BDPA Atlanta, encouraging minorities to pursue IT careers. At Georgia Power, he led the employee resource group VOICE, supporting African American career development. In 2016, he founded the African American Professional Network, fostering professional growth and collaboration among people of color in notable Atlanta-based corporations like Georgia Power, AT&T, and CNN.
Keith joined Georgia Power in 2005 and has served in various areas of Project Management and as the Operational Performance for Southern Company. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Louisville and a Master of Public/Business Administration from Jacksonville State University
