Sr. Project Manager
Keith is currently a Customer Choice Senior Project Manager leading the development and delivery of transmission line and substation capital construction projects across Georgia. Guides initiatives from early origination and solutioning through budget approval, then coordinates end-to-end execution—including design, engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout—while managing schedules, budgets, and high-risk scope.
Keith previously served as Telecom Manager for GPC, overseeing the fiber and wireless telecom attachment colocation program for lighting, transmission, towers, and land leases. He managed applications, installations, billing, and worked with internal and external partners for 7 years. Before returning to Georgia Power, Keith was Southeast Utility Director at Mobilitie LLC, acting as liaison with utility companies and coordinating small cell deployments in the Southeast US. His project management experience spans multiple industries, including Transmission Utility, Water/Wastewater, Energy Services, Chem/Petrochem, Municipal Government, and Environmental.
Keith joined Georgia Power in 2005 and has served in various areas of Project Management and as the Operational Performance Supervisor for Southern Company Services. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Louisville and a Master of Public/Business Administration from Jacksonville State University
