Joel Lindholm is CEO and Co-Founder of InfiniG, where he is driving a new model for enterprise cellular—combining neutral host, shared spectrum, and AI-driven platforms to deliver not just coverage, but visibility, control, and actionable insights. His work focuses on helping enterprises future-proof their connectivity investments across LTE, 5G, and emerging AI-driven use cases.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the OnGo Alliance, helping shape the adoption of CBRS and shared spectrum. Previously, Joel led cellular coverage innovation at Meta, deploying neutral host and private LTE/5G networks at scale, and held leadership roles at CommScope and Ruckus Networks, where he led the CBRS business and co-chaired the CBRS Alliance Business Working Group. Earlier, he spent nearly two decades at Brocade in senior leadership roles across mobile networks, service provider solutions, and global partnerships.
