Debra Mercier, part of the Mobile Communications America (MCA) Sales Team, is a Chicago-based enterprise technology sales executive specializing in In-Building Coverage Solutions, including Cellular and Public Safety DAS. With more than 25 years of experience across business development and organizational leadership, Debra delivers a results-oriented, enterprise-first approach—consistently driving sustainable revenue growth, operationalizing scalable go-to-market strategies, and producing measurable outcomes within complex, mission-critical environments.

Throughout her career, Debra has consistently demonstrated the ability to align customer objectives with innovative wireless solutions, enabling long-term value creation for clients, partners, and stakeholders. Debra has been an active leader within the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum for more than a decade. She previously served as Vice President for the 2020–2021 term and as Executive Director of Programs.
