Cher Nowakowski joined MD7 in July 2009 as an intern and has grown alongside the company to lead multiple facets of the organization supporting complex telecom and digital infrastructure initiatives.
Over the years, she has led deployment programs for small cells and EV charging infrastructure, helping drive innovative solutions in the evolving digital landscape. Today, she oversees MD7’s lease buyout programs along with lease negotiation and transaction programs, focusing on delivering strategic value, operational excellence, and strong client partnerships.
Cher’s experience across operational and program leadership roles has given her a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a deep appreciation for the collaboration and agility required to execute at scale.
