Senior Director of Business Development
Carolyn Hardwick serves as Senior Director of Business Development at ADB Companies and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her career in
telecommunications with AirGate PCS, a Sprint affiliate, in 2000. Her tenure in the industry includes 10 years in site development, 10 years in national business development, and 5 years in executive management.
Carolyn has been a member of the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum since 2003 and has served in executive board positions for over 10 years. She was President of the organization from 2018 – 2020 and currently serves as the director of virtual events. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Clemson University and completed the Master of Arts in Teaching program in 2005 at the University of Charleston in South Carolina. She is a published author and a member of the North American Case Research Association.
In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys participating in church activities, hiking, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.
