Vice President
Adrian Berezowsky is a Vice President and Principal at Dynamic Environmental Associates, Inc. (DEA), where he leads business development, strategic growth, and technical oversight for complex environmental and regulatory compliance projects nationwide.
He specializes in high-risk and complex regulatory matters, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, Section 106 historic review, FAA determinations and FCC Antenna Structure Registration (ASR) approvals, Phase I ESA due diligence, and federal, state, and local permitting. His work spans thousands of telecommunications and infrastructure sites across the United States, often involving multi-jurisdictional regulatory coordination. He is frequently engaged to resolve projects that were improperly initiated or have encountered regulatory obstacles. He also works directly with client teams to strengthen internal processes, helping organizations avoid recurring regulatory failures and structure projects correctly from the outset to minimize delays, cost overruns, and compliance exposure.
He has been active in the wireless and telecommunications infrastructure sector since 2007 and has built and scaled multiple environmental consulting platforms. In 2009, he was a Founding Principal of IVI Telecom Services, Inc., which grew into a national provider of environmental and regulatory due diligence services before being acquired by CBRE in 2014. He remained with CBRE as a Senior Managing Director through 2018, where he led initiatives that more than tripled revenue and net profit.
In 2018, he founded BirchCo, Inc., where he led regulatory strategy, environmental compliance, and the resolution of complex project constraints for commercial and infrastructure developments. BirchCo was integrated into DEA in 2020, further strengthening the firm’s national footprint and depth of regulatory expertise.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and studied law at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. His background across design, law, and environmental regulation informs his approach to complex project execution and risk management.
He is an active leader in the telecommunications industry, having co-founded NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association’s Environmental and Regulatory Task Force and the Wireless Infrastructure Association’s Environmental and Engineering Working Group. He has also served as Executive Committee Vice President of the New York State Wireless Association and Regulatory Chair of the Pennsylvania Wireless Association.
He resides in New York’s Hudson Valley with his wife and three sons.
