“How To” – Meeting and Registration Information

Modifying or Upgrading Your Registration

1. From the home screen, click the “My Profile” icon.
2. Scroll down and click the “Modify Registration” button.
3. From here you can upgrade your pass type or add additional sessions to your agenda.
4. Review your updates and complete any required steps to confirm changes.

Update Your Registration Profile

1. From the home screen, click the “My Profile” icon.

2. Upload an attendee photo to help others connect with you.

3. To update your name, add a bio, or include your social links:

• Locate the accordion menu in the top right corner
• Select “Privacy & Settings” under the Connect (X) 2026 event name

4. Make your desired updates and save your changes

Scheduling Meetings in the Meeting Hub

1. Open the app and navigate to the Meeting Hub from the home screen.
2. Browse attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors you’d like to connect with.
3. Select a profile to view more details.
4. Click “Request a Meeting” on their profile.
5. Choose your preferred date and time with the available time slots.
6. Add a message (optional) to introduce yourself or share meeting details.
7. Click “Send Request”.

Managing Your Meetings

• View all scheduled and pending meetings in the Meeting Hub or the Personal Agenda icon on the home screen.
• Accept or decline incoming meeting requests.
• Modify or cancel meetings as needed from your Meetings Hub schedule (on navigation bar).

Pro Tip: Keep your profile updated and availability open to receive more meeting requests.
