VP, Network Operations, U.S. Tower
Tuoyo Ebigbeyi is the Vice President of Network Operations, U.S. Tower Division for American Tower, leading the teams responsible for operational strategy and network reliability across its U.S. business. In this role, he focuses on driving efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the company’s infrastructure meets evolving industry demands.
Tuoyo has held several leadership positions at American Tower, including Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for its Africa business and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Nigeria operations. His experience spans telecommunications, energy, and network infrastructure, with a track record of leading large-scale initiatives, such as renewable energy deployments and network expansion efforts. Before joining American Tower, he worked in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase, advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in the industrial and automotive sectors.
He holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
