
Project Manager, Next Link and Vice President, WWLF
Taylor Sierra is a Project Manager at Nextlink Internet, based in Northwest Indiana. Her career in telecommunications began in 2017 at a startup called nepsa and has since evolved into project management roles spanning wireless, fiber operations, and government affairs. Taylor’s expertise includes overseeing projects from initial contract negotiations through completion, with a focus on budget creation, project tracking, construction scheduling, and comprehensive project management.
Taylor holds an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS) and is currently pursuing certification as a life coach. She also serves as the Secretary and Co-Chair of Events for the Illinois State Wireless Association (ILSWA) and as a Director & Vice President at the Midwest Wireless Summit. Her commitment to the industry is reflected in her role as Vice President of the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF), where she was previously the Executive Director of Membership (2022-2024), Chicago City Representative (2020-2022) and the 2022 Fellowship Award Recipient.
Outside of her professional achievements, Taylor enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two daughters. A car enthusiast at heart, Taylor and her family love traveling and exploring new destinations together.
