CALSTART
Steven Sokolsky is currently the Midwest Regional Director at CALSTART, based in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition to managing project performance and business development activities in the Midwest region, Steven specializes in developing and implementing demonstration opportunities for advanced technology vehicles and infrastructure. He manages several of CALSTART’s projects to deploy low- and zero-emission transit buses and led the development of a best practices guide for hydrogen fueling infrastructure for transit agencies. Steven leads CALSTART projects to develop and demonstrate clean off-road equipment and advises the California Clean Airports Working Group.
Prior to joining CALSTART he consulted on advanced vehicle and fuel technology infrastructure issues while employed by Bevilacqua-Knight, Resource Dynamics Corp and the California Energy Commission. He has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from California State University Sacramento.
