Rich Berliner has been a fixture in the Wireless industry for nearly four decades, from starting out selling cell phones in the 80s to founding BCI (Berliner Communications Inc.) in the 90s. The company built out nearly a Billion dollars worth of infrastructure around the country for the carriers, turf vendors, and others. He transitioned to the media space founding Fifth Gen Media in 2017. Connected Real Estate Magazine, from Fifth Gen, ran until it was sold to WIA. Rich now has morphed Fifth Gen into the EV Charging space with his new media product, Charged UP! With approximately 70% of the traditional wireless infrastructure firms now doing EV Charging work, the time seems right for Charged UP!
