Rand Knight brings over 30 years of leadership in asset infrastructure and geospatial technology, driving business growth across fintech, engineering, and AI sectors. Before joining Bentley, he held key roles at companies including Apple, Esri, and multiple successful startups, many of which were acquired by industry leaders. Rand holds a Ph.D. in Ecosystems Analysis and completed a National Science Foundation postdoctoral fellowship supporting national-scale ecological research. His expertise in scaling innovation and business strategy has helped shape Bentley’s OpenTower solutions and expand their global market presence.
