Mr. Boness has over 25 years of experience in the management, design, planning and construction of telecommunications networks. Phil is responsible for growth and strategies and project development and is currently leading and shaping Jacobs’s Intelligent Infrastructure Initiative. Jacobs Intelligent Infrastructure group develops connectivity solutions for a wide range of enterprise clients ranging from Cities to DOTs to Campuses to facilitate Connected Places. Phil has a deep knowledge of public, private, public safety and commercial wireless and fiber optic network architecture. Phil has worked with Cities and municipalities to develop design standards and commercial models for the deployment of shared wireless and wireline infrastructure.
