Paul F. Weintraub brings over 30 years of leadership in the ICT industry, specializing in fiber deployment, digital infrastructure, and sustainable technology solutions. As Vice President of Fiber Deployment at Watch Hill Wireless Solutions, Paul leads initiatives that enhance network scalability, bridge connectivity gaps, and drive the adoption of future-ready technologies.
A global speaker, Paul has presented at leading industry events on topics such as sustainable technology deployment, smart building innovations, and next-generation connectivity solutions. He actively contributes to advancing industry training and qualifications for fiber installation as a member of the Education Committee for the Fiber Broadband Association (FBA). Paul has also held prior leadership roles with organizations such as APOLAN, BICSI, and the Fiber Connect Council MENA.
Paul has extensive international experience, bringing a global perspective to his work. A U.S. Navy Veteran and fluent Spanish speaker, he combines technical expertise with cultural understanding and strategic vision.
He holds an MBA in International Business from Rollins College and industry certifications from BICSI, including RCDD, RTPM, ESS, and ICT Technician. Paul is committed to innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in the rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape.
