With more than 25 years of professional experience, Max currently has responsibility nationwide for the entire wireless construction value chain. His role encompasses oversight from civil contracts management through project completion. Additionally, he manages $7B capital and $120M expense budgets.
Max possesses 23 years of expertise in the telecom industry and an additional two years in the semiconductor industry. Throughout his career, Max has held roles spanning customer care, international WAN engineering, backbone operations, wireless transport, construction, operational process management, and data analytics.
In addition to his operational roles, Max also worked in AT&T’s Corporate Strategy team where he managed long-term strategic planning initiatives focused on identifying trends and assessing uncertainty as they relate to wireless and fiber deployments, and customer segmentation and engagement.
Max’s cross-functional experience allows him to implement innovative solutions that bridge technical and strategic objectives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management. Max and his wife, Lisa, are the parents of three children, aged 21, 18, and 15.
