Director of Wireless Infrastructure for Ameron Pole Products
Kristin Desjadon currently leads Ameron’s strategy and relationship initiatives for the wireless infrastructure market, including small cell, smart city, and other connectivity-based solutions. Kristin’s team fosters collaboration between carriers, municipalities, utilities, and technology leadership as they navigate the complexities of wireless and smart infrastructure. She started with NOV in March of 2021, previously serving as a Wireless Infrastructure Advisor. While in this role Kristin developed productive internal and external relationships by leveraging her aptitude for forming alliances and garnering buy-in from key stakeholders enabling the navigation of complex initiatives with ease.
Prior to joining Ameron, Kristin acquired vast experience after spending 19 years in wireless telecommunications. During her tenures as a System Performance and RF Design Engineer, Kristin leveraged her analytical mindset to evaluate data and identify growth opportunities, while effectively targeting areas for improvement. By creating action plans based on data-driven insights, she passionately drove organizational success. Most recently, Kristin exceled as an agile project manager focusing on national level network implementation; orchestrating complex, high-value technical projects from inception to successful deployment. Her proven track record in requirements gathering, scope development, and deployment coordination allowed her to consistently deliver results that exceeded expectations.
Kristin takes pride in being a motivational leader who cultivates talented individuals and cross-functional teams. She fosters a culture that values not only imagination and agility, but also continuous professional growth.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and an MBA in Management from Centenary University. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys time spent with her dogs and listening to live music.
