
Senior Corporate Counsel
Karen Sprung is Senior Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile, where she provides legal guidance on issues related to wireless infrastructure siting. Before joining T-Mobile, she held multiple roles at the Federal Communications Commission, including Deputy Division Chief in the Wireline Competition Bureau, Counsel for the Broadband Data Task Force, and positions in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and the Office of Native Affairs and Policy. She also has experience in private practice, advising clients on federal and state regulatory matters. Karen is active with the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA), and currently serves as Co-Chair of the FCBA Foundation Board of Trustees, leading the Foundation’s philanthropic initiatives and administering its scholarship programs.
