Managing Partner
Jorge Fuenzalida is a Managing Partner with JLA Advisors, a boutique strategy and technology consulting firm dedicated to empowering enterprises, startups, and investors with transformative strategies and customized solutions. Jorge has more than 30 years of telecommunications and digital infrastructure expertise, having led transformative projects across wireless and wireline telecommunications carriers, equipment manufacturers, cable MSOs, and private equity firms. His extensive experience spans technology, corporate strategy, and innovative wireless solutions.
Prior to joining JLA, Jorge was Head of Strategy & Planning for Ericsson’s Digital Services unit in North America and previously served as VP/GM of inCode Consulting (both as an independent company and later as a division of Ericsson Inc.). His career also includes roles as Director of the Transportation Practice for Vytek, co-founder of Extendea, and Associate Director of International Development for BellSouth Mobile Data. Additionally, Jorge was a Senior Manager in the Communications Industry practice of Deloitte Consulting, where he spearheaded strategy and business development projects for many of North America’s largest telecom companies. He began his career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton as a technology consultant focused on federal communications survivability projects.
Jorge holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a BSEE from the University of Virginia, and is a CFA Charterholder.
