With over 20 years of experience in telecommunication project management and business development, Joe serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at ADB. In this role, he leads strategic growth initiatives, cultivates key customer and internal relationships, and oversees the expansion of ADB’s telecommunication and critical infrastructure portfolio.
Joe’s expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful execution, with a special focus on backup power and cooling, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and scalability. Prior to joining ADB, Joe built a diverse background in energy utilities and real estate development, where he gained a strong foundation in complex project management, infrastructure development, and cross-functional collaboration.
