Vice President, Business Development
Jennifer Winters is the Vice President of Business Development at Motive Infrastructure, leading growth and innovation in the wireless industry. With over a decade of experience spanning pre-construction telecommunications, she excels in business development, project management, and site acquisition, while leading and empowering large teams to create efficiencies and achieve growth both individually and collectively.
An active member of the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF) since 2018, Jennifer has held roles including OC/LA City Representative, Industry Relations Committee Member, and now Executive Director of Sponsorship, supporting WWLF’s mission to empower women in wireless.
Jennifer also serves on the Board of Directors for the California Wireless Association (CALWA), advocating for the growth of California’s wireless industry. She is committed to mentoring, fostering connections, and promoting inclusivity.
