Director
Mr. Castellani is a Director with 15 years of investment banking experience advising clients across the communications and technology sectors. He has advised on a wide range of strategic and financing transactions valued at more than $150 billion. This includes mergers, acquisitions, capital raising (both debt and equity), and leveraged buyouts. Prior to Bank Street, Mr. Castellani was a Director at Santander and Credit Suisse, focused on the Digital Infrastructure sector. Before Credit Suisse, he served as a Director at Cowen in the Technology and Communications practice. Previously, he was also a Vice President at Lazard. Mr. Castellani holds an MS in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics as well as a BS in Economics from East Carolina University.
