Senior Vice President, Product and Strategy
Fran Finnegan is Senior Vice President of Product and Strategy for American Tower. His organization leads corporate development and product development and strategy initiatives aimed at maximizing shareholder return by investing in digital infrastructure and exploring new products in the U.S. and Canada.
Prior to being promoted to his current role in February 2025, Mr. Finnegan served as Vice President of Managed Networks, leading managed networks real estate acquisitions and sales for a range of in-building solutions in the U.S. He joined American Tower in 2010 as a Vice President of Sales and Business Development, a role he held until 2020 when he transitioned to Vice President of Vertical and New Product Sales. Prior to joining American Tower, he was an Area Vice President of Sales and Business Development, driving managed services business in North America, for Alcatel-Lucent.
Mr. Finnegan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
