David Yacoub serves as President & Chief Executive Officer for Site Link Wireless and Site Link
Construction. David has been involved in the wireless telecommunications industry for over 24 years,
participating in every aspect of site development, including several large-scale projects such as macro, small cell, and site modifications. David founded Site Link in 2002 and is responsible for the oversight of the company’s Administrative, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development activities. David has been primarily responsible for the growth of the companies, including the addition of the construction services company in 2007. Under his leadership, Site Link has grown to a full-service turnkey operation, handling thousands of sites annually and serving most of the major wireless carriers throughout the United States. In addition to his responsibilities at Site Link, David is a founding member and currently serves as President of the Maryland DC Wireless Association. David earned his bachelor’s degree from Goucher College and completed his graduate certificate from Johns Hopkins University.
