VP of Enterprise Sales
Dan Zygmunt is VP of Enterprise Sales at Joyous, where is responsible for driving and growing sales across the Americas region specifically focused on the Telco sector. Joyous is used by organizations to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience by involving the people that do the work, through two-way 1:1 human + GenAI conversations at scale combined with powerful AI.
He brings two decades of Telco experience to the role specializing in network deployments related to revenue acceleration, sales strategy, and business/partner development. He believes that culture + people + a unique portfolio = extraordinary customer business outcomes!
Before joining Joyous, Dan was VP and Head of Services Sales at Nokia where he had over $1b in revenue responsibilities in North America. As the Vice President of Telecommunications at Sitetracker he helped grow the Telecom sector 50% YoY. Prior to that, Dan was at SAC Wireless, a Nokia Company, where he held several roles including VP of Customer Solutions and Director of the AT&T Customer Delivery Team.
Dan has Master of Science degree in Information and Communications and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Ball State University. He resides in Southern California with his wife Pamela and two boys. Dan’s hobbies include trail running, and spending time with his family.
