Charlie Cobb is the Head of Cellular at Meter, a startup based in San Francisco revolutionizing connectivity with innovative network solutions for enterprise customers. Charlie leads the design, development, and implementation of Meter Cellular, a product line he built and launched in 2024 that leverages Neutral Host CBRS to enhance indoor coverage. Under his leadership, Meter Cellular has achieved significant growth and adoption, including installations for high-profile clients—from large, publicly traded companies to the world’s most watched YouTuber. Before developing Cellular, Charlie was responsible for designing and deploying enterprise-grade Meter networks across North America.
