Bryan Lanier is Vice President, Wireless Engineering Solutions, at Congruex. He started with Congruex in the second half of 2024, leading a team that is responsible for structural engineering and construction for multiple clients and applications. This work includes work pertaining to various structural engineering services, including mount and tower analysis / design, construction plans, maintenance and inspection programs, A&E document development and project management, as part of a larger multidisciplinary Congruex organization. Prior to his work at Congruex, Bryan was part of the engineering team at American Tower Corporation for 23 years, leading initiatives including development of broadcast, international and software services.
Bryan is a licensed Professional and Structural Engineer in 37 states and completed his Bachelors and Master’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from NC State University. Further, Bryan is the Chairman of TR-14, Telecommunications Industry Assocation, which publishes the ANSI/TIA-222, 322 and 5053 Standards, and is the chair of the recently published ANSI/TIA-222-I Standard. Bryan is also the Vice Chairman of the ASCE7-28 Ice Committee and is a voting member on the ASCE7-28 Wind Committee.
Bryan is a married father of three, who prizes the time he spends with his family, and otherwise anytime he can find to spend on the water fishing for whatever biting!
