Mr. Abston is a seasoned executive and operational leader with decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. His passion is accelerating growth and driving revenue for large and small organizations through innovative and strategic solutions.
As the former CEO of Hoosier Networks, LLC, he led the development, design, financing, and operation of fiber optic broadband infrastructure projects, leveraging my expertise in public-private partnerships (PPP/P3) and privately-funded models. he built and managed a high-performing team, cultivated productive relationships with stakeholders and local partners, and ensured compliance with industry best practices. Previously, he owned and directed projects from design to delivery and post-project support as the president of OPALO, S.A.S., a telecommunications consulting firm. He also developed and implemented the Interactive Computer Graphics System across Telephone Operations as a director at GTE Corporation, a leading independent telephone company in the US.
