Director, Network Program Management
Art is Director – Network Program Management at AT&T, where he is responsible for design, development, operations, and sustainment of all drone, robot, and autonomous system solutions for AT&T and its global customer network. Art’s prior roles over his 29-year career with AT&T include: Director – Network Engineering, Director – Strategic Initiatives, Director – National Mobility Systems, and Director – National Cell Site Programs. In this last role he was responsible for all policies, processes, systems, and supplier management related to the deployment and modification of AT&T’s nationwide portfolio of 65,000 cell sites. He performed in this role for over a decade, where he created and implemented AT&T’s original “Turf” program, with all of its related sourcing models, contracts, and support systems to annually manage over 130,000 capital improvement projects within an annual budget exceeding $5 billion.
