Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Allison Cannella is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Vertical Bridge. Allison is responsible for leading the legal and compliance functions at Vertical Bridge. Allison has played a leading role in the negotiation, drafting, due diligence, analysis, and consummation of more than $30 billion in real estate, corporate and other strategic transactions.
Allison serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, aligning enterprise-wide needs and opportunities to advance key legal strategies and support broader business objectives. Her organization is responsible for enhancing legal efficiency and developing solutions to address Vertical Bridge’s most critical business challenges, while continuously refining and optimizing processes to drive sustainable performance.
Prior to joining Vertical Bridge, Allison served as Associate General Counsel for one of the nation’s premier real estate private equity firms, and was an associate at Holland & Knight, where she led a variety of complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
Allison graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida, earning both her Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees. She was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame and is a recipient of the prestigious 40 Gators Under 40 award.
